Our Terms

1. Duration and Service Split: Our service operates on a yearly basis, divided into three quarters. The first quarter, spanning from 1 to 4 months, focuses on creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the client’s requirements. This strategy includes Social Media advertising, content planning, SEO optimization, and link building plans. Clients receive the content plan in advance, presented in an easy-to-use Excel table. They have the opportunity to review and provide feedback before the content goes live.

2. Marketing Implementation: Once the content plan is approved, the marketing activities commence. Social Media and Google Ads campaigns are launched simultaneously to ensure immediate results, allowing clients to experience the impact of their marketing efforts on the same day. Simultaneously, SEO work begins, although it’s important to note that the results of SEO efforts typically manifest around the fourth month, contingent upon factors such as competitor sites and Google indexing speed.

3. Search Engine Rankings: In the second quarter, the client’s website starts to ascend in search engine rankings, particularly on platforms like Google. This quarter marks a significant turning point as all three sales channels – organic search, Social Media, and paid advertising – synergistically drive traffic to the website. It’s crucial to understand that organic SEO results generally yield stronger outcomes compared to Social Media or Paid advertising leads.

4. Dominance of Organic Traffic: In the last quarter, the primary channel generating traffic becomes organic search. Afterward, Social Media and Google Ads continue to contribute to the overall marketing efforts. This organic traffic dominance ensures a sustainable flow of potential customers to the website, solidifying the foundation established during the previous quarters.

5. Legal Disclaimer: We aim to provide reliable and effective digital marketing services, utilizing industry best practices and expertise. However, it’s important to acknowledge that the success and outcomes of our services are subject to various external factors beyond our control, such as changes in search engine algorithms or market dynamics. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, conversion rates, or revenue growth. We recommend that clients consult their legal and financial advisors for comprehensive guidance pertaining to their specific business objectives and requirements.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection: We understand the sensitivity of client information and the importance of data privacy. All client data and proprietary information shared with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We adhere to strict data protection policies and take appropriate measures to secure and safeguard client data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

7. Termination: Either party has the right to terminate the agreement by providing a written notice within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding payment due for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Payment Terms: Clients are invoiced on a monthly basis for the Performance Marketing Package. Payment is due within the specified timeframe stated in the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
